- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services and applications. If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
- Account Responsibility: If any of our services or apps require creating an account or saving profile data, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, CyberRudra Technologies and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all material, code, and content on our website and mobile applications. This includes, but is not limited to, source code, game mechanics, algorithms, user interface (UI) designs, graphics, audio, text, and trademarks. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Our mobile applications may feature local or global leaderboards. By playing our games, you agree that your public username and game scores (e.g., reaction times, memory scores) may be displayed publicly to other users within the app infrastructure.
4.2 User Comments and Feedback
Parts of our platforms may allow users to post reviews, comments, or feedback. CyberRudra Technologies does not screen or edit comments prior to their appearance on the platform. Comments do not reflect the views of our company.
- We reserve the right to monitor all user-generated content and remove any material that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
- By posting feedback, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and implement your suggestions or comments without compensation to you.
5. In-App Advertising and Purchases
5.1 Advertisements (AdMob)
Our mobile applications are offered free of charge and are monetized through third-party advertisements managed by Google AdMob. By using our apps, you acknowledge and agree that contextual or personalized banners, interstitials, and rewarded video ads will be displayed within the applications.
5.2 In-App Purchases (IAP)
If any of our applications offer virtual items, ad-removal upgrades, or premium features, all financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing Library. CyberRudra Technologies does not store or process your credit card or banking details. All purchases are final and subject to Google Play’s refund policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
When using our website and mobile applications, you strictly agree not to:

- Interfere with or disrupt the technical integrity, security, or performance of our applications and hosting servers.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in our memory and reaction tests.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, along with your use of our website and mobile applications, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra.
Any legal actions, suits, or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms must be filed exclusively in the competent courts located in Wardha, Maharashtra, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and mobile applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- CyberRudra Technologies does not guarantee that our applications will be completely uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
- Our cognitive test applications (Memory and Reaction Tests) are designed for entertainment and personal assessment purposes only. They are not medical diagnostic tools.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
9. Modifications to Terms and Services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app feature, game mode, or service tier at any time without notice or liability.
